Please note that all offered prices & availabilities might be subject to change by owners without any prior notice; therefore, JSK Real Estate s.a.r.l is not responsible for these changes in any way and all provided information and introductions, in terms of projects, companies, names, availabilities and prices are highly confidential and cannot be disclosed to any third party, directly or indirectly, unless through JSK Real Estate s.a.r.l., its knowledge and full consent. Discretion is a must.

Also, please note that in case of purchase or sale of one or all the offered properties/estates through JSK Real Estate s.a.r.l., the final and non-negotiable service fee that must be remitted from the seller and the buyer, to JSK Real Estate or whomever the latter appoints, is %2.5 + VAT of the final purchase or sale value from each. In addition, the buyer undertakes that he/she will not sign the purchase agreement or the “promesse de vente” prior to informing JSK Real Estate in writing. In the event the buyer purchases directly one or all the offered properties/estates without the prior knowledge of JSK Real Estate, the buyer shall pay to JSK Real Estate a service fee of 5% + VAT of the final purchase or sale value as a coercive fine.

In case of Rent, the final and non-negotiable service fee that must be remitted from both the tenant & the owner is one month rent fees + VAT from each (for every rent contract up to 3 years). Similarly, the tenant undertakes that he/she will not sign the rent agreement prior to informing JSK Real Estate in writing. In the event the tenant rents directly one or all the offered properties/estates without the prior knowledge of JSK Real Estate, the tenant shall pay to JSK Real Estate a service fee of two month rent + VAT of the final rent value as a coercive fine.
