The year-end gathering of JSK Real Estate took place on Wednesday Feb 12, 2025, bringing together employees, agents and management to celebrate a year of hard work, dedication, and remarkable achievements. The event, held at O'Monot hotel in an enchanting setting was filled with excitement and camaraderie, marking the culmination of a successful year for the company.

The highlight of the evening was the Award Distribution Ceremony, where outstanding employees & agents were recognized for their exceptional contributions to the company's growth & success. Each award represented not just performance, but a commitment to excellence, teamwork and innovation.

The awards presented included:
Admin of the year - which was awarded to Ghida Ammar for her exceptional dedication in 2024
Agent of the year - which was awarded to Mac El Haddad for his outstanding results in 2024.

In addition to the awards, the event featured speeches from senior management expressing gratitude & admiration for the team's hard work, resilience and adaptability. The past year was a very tough year on Lebanon and respectively on real estate and yet the company prevailed in those tough periods of time. The gathering was an opportunity to reflect on the year's challenges and triumphs - while also looking forward to the exciting opportunities the new year brings.

President Jade Zoghaib gave an inspiring speech on his vision of JSK going forward. The move to the Generali building at “Place de L’etoile” is now official. Our family is growing year after year steadily and surely.

The evening concluded with a celebratory dinner and a toast to continued success in the coming year. It was a fitting way to honor the incredible achievements of the JSK Real Estate family and to set the stage for even greater accomplishments in the future. The team stayed dancing until late hours with much laughter and good times.
